Do you accept insurance?

While we are not an "in-network" provider, many of our customers use their "out-of-network" benefit to receive a meaningful reimbursement. 

1.) We can provide you with an itemized receipt that you submit to your provider for reimbursement. 

We suggest checking with your provider to determine your out of network benefit. Click on any of the following Vision Care Plans for more information:

Blue Vision/Anthem
Davis Vision

2.) If you have a Flexible Spending Account, or a Health Savings Account that is linked to a major credit card you may use it for payment.
